1. Production time
Samples: 5–7 days after artwork approval. Bulk: 20 days after sample sign-off. Rush timelines are quoted case by case.
2. Carriers & transit
Express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 3–7 business days to most destinations. Sea freight: 25–40 days port to port, economical for 500+ piece orders.
3. Tracking
Every shipment receives a tracking number, sent to your email on dispatch.
4. Duties & taxes
Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country. We declare the invoice value accurately and can quote DDP terms on request.
5. Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated on your formal quote based on weight, volume and destination — no surprise charges after ordering.
