What is your minimum order quantity?
10 pieces per style. Pricing improves at 50, 200 and 500 pieces — see the pricing page for tier ranges.
How does sampling work?
After you approve the artwork proof, we make a physical sample in 5–7 days and courier it to you. Bulk production starts after you sign off the sample.
How long does the full order take?
Sampling 5–7 days after artwork approval, bulk 20 days after sample sign-off, then transit (3–7 days courier, 25–40 days sea freight).
How do I pay?
Bank transfer (T/T): 30% deposit with order, 70% balance before shipment. Small orders can be settled via PayPal on request.
Can I change my design after approving the proof?
Before sampling — yes, at no cost. After sample sign-off, changes restart production planning; we will confirm any impact on timing before proceeding.
Will my logo colours match my brand exactly?
We match thread and ink to Pantone codes where the material allows, and the sample is your colour check before bulk runs.
Are custom items refundable?
Custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective — this is stated on the quote and in our refund policy.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) and sea freight to most countries. Shipping is quoted on your formal quote.
